New CIO Project Management Framework
The session will provide participants with an overview of the value of having a project management methodology, the elements of the CIO Project Management Framework, and a sharing of experiences from areas throughout the university which are working to implement project management.

Project Management Problems/Case Studies
This will be a hands-on session in which participants will discuss problems/case studies representing real challenges associated with implementing project management at Ohio State. Using a break-out session approach, small groups will discuss the issues, formulate strategies and recommendations, and report findings back to the broader group. (Please contact E.J. Shaffer at shaffer.214@osu.edu if you have ideas for problems/case studies that you would like to share.)
